Delivery

You're welcome to arrange uber package delivery service to pick up yourself

Free Pick up available from Brighton Le Sands Wed/ Thurs/ Fri during work hours or scheduled evening pickup

We deliver across Sydney suburbs

Delivery time windows are approximate and may vary due to traffic or weather.

If no one is home to receive the order, we will leave it in a safe place.

If there is no safe place to leave the box, it will be returned with the driver.

We can re-deliver in our next available time slot, however a $50 redelivery fee will apply

Multiple delivery locations will result in multiple delivery fees dependent on locations
Ordering

Your order is confirmed only once payment has been received.

All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

For weekend bookings, we recommend ordering earlier as dates fill quickly.
Cancellations & Changes

Changes to your order (size, items, delivery details) must be made 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.

No refunds once payment has been made due to the purchase of products for your order.

If an event is postponed, we can transfer your booking to a new date subject to availability.
Allergies & Dietary Requests

While we take great care handling dietary requirements, all boxes may contain traces of nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens.

Customers are responsible for notifying us of any dietary needs at checkout.
Product Variations

All grazing boxes and boards are made fresh and may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability.

If a specific item is unavailable, it will be replaced with a similar product of equal or higher value.

Uber package can be arranged by you instead

Weather & Heat

All products should be consumed within 2–3 hours of delivery if left unrefrigerated

Refrigerate immediately if you are not serving straight away

During hot weather, refrigeration is essential to maintain food safety.

Just Grazed is not responsible for spoilage if boxes are left unrefrigerated after delivery.
Photography & Social Media

By ordering, you agree that photos of your grazing setup may be used for Just Grazed marketing and social media, unless you request otherwise.
